By using this website or contacting 10 Faces LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Nature of our services

10 Faces LLC is a Confidential Life Liaison. Our non-clinical service is Private Listening, Encouragement & Life Navigation: listening, encouragement, practical life navigation, resource research, organization and assistance identifying possible next steps. We are not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, counseling, clinical, legal, financial, social-work, or other licensed professional services provider, and nothing offered here is a substitute for appropriate licensed professional care.

When a person's needs go beyond this non-clinical role, we will say so calmly and may encourage connection with an appropriately qualified or licensed professional or other suitable resource — and, when requested and appropriate, help identify or connect with those resources.

Conversation time, rates and consent

The first 15 minutes of your first conversation with 10 Faces LLC are fully complimentary. If you would like the conversation to continue beyond that, two continuation rates are available and supersede any earlier published rates: the Short-Time Rate, $25 per 15-minute increment, and the Extended-Time Rate, $45 per 30-minute increment. Continuations are non-clinical Life Liaison conversation time of Private Listening, Encouragement & Life Navigation.

Once you choose a rate for a paid conversation, that rate stays in effect for the remainder of that conversation. It is not changed mid-conversation; if a different rate is ever appropriate, the conversation is concluded first.

Paid time never begins automatically and never applies retroactively. It begins only after you have been told the applicable rate, have affirmatively chosen to continue, and the required payment authorization has been completed successfully. Simply remaining on the line never creates a charge, and concluding at any point carries no charge.

Courtesy time is separate from paid time and is never billed. After the complimentary 15 minutes there is a brief unbilled courtesy transition of up to 5 minutes so the conversation can be closed or a continuation can be considered without pressure. When a paid conversation is being concluded, up to 3 minutes may likewise be treated as courtesy closing time and are not billed. No charge arises from time created by a 10 Faces liaison's own response extending past a timing boundary.

Before scheduling you will be shown a plain-language scope statement and asked to acknowledge that you have read and understand it. That acknowledgment confirms your understanding of the nature of the service; it does not waive any legal rights.

There are no packages, memberships, subscriptions, minimum numbers of conversations, automatic continuation or recurring charges. Payment, when applicable, is processed through a reputable PCI-compliant payment provider; card details are never collected or stored by this website, and are never requested by email, text message or through our forms. Rescheduling or cancellation may be arranged by replying to our confirmation message or calling us.

No emergency service

This website and our correspondence are not monitored continuously and must not be used to report an emergency. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Your responsibilities

Please use this site lawfully, provide accurate information when you contact us, and do not submit content that infringes the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10 Faces LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always appears on this page. They are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
