Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us: the name you'd like to be called, your email address, an optional topic, and whatever you write in your message. We do not require you to disclose sensitive details in order to reach out.

Basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry; to provide the Life Liaison services you ask for; to schedule and administer appointments; to send confirmations and other service-related messages; to process payment through a third-party PCI-compliant provider once payment is activated; for security, fraud and spam prevention, and basic business recordkeeping; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your clear request.

If and when payments are activated, card and payment credentials are entered with and handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider. 10 Faces LLC does not collect or store card numbers.

Confidentiality

What you share is treated as private. It is not repeated, published, or discussed outside 10 Faces LLC except where you ask us to make an introduction on your behalf, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Retention and deletion

We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful to the support you asked for. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to faces@10facesllc.com, and we will confirm once it is done.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask for deletion. No reason is required.

Third parties

We use a small number of service providers to host this website and deliver email. They process information on our instructions only. We do not permit them to use it for their own purposes.
