Mission
To offer a confidential place where a person can be heard first, think clearly, and decide their own next step — with dignity intact.
Our story
10 Faces LLC began with a simple belief: every person deserves to be seen before they are expected to heal.
Long before someone is ready to ask for help, they often carry responsibilities, uncertainty, grief, transition, or quiet exhaustion alone. They manage. They keep the day intact for everyone else. And they postpone the one conversation that might change something.
We created a confidential place where those conversations can begin — with dignity, patience, and genuine respect. Not a clinic, not a program, not a store. A private room, a real conversation, and someone who has no agenda for how your life should look.
Wellness, beauty, confidence, and education still live inside this work. They are not the offer. They are what tends to return once a person is heard and has a next step they chose themselves.
In the years since 2010, that conviction has shaped every part of the company: privacy respected, guidance personalized, and no one asked to be further along than they are.

To offer a confidential place where a person can be heard first, think clearly, and decide their own next step — with dignity intact.
A future where asking to be listened to is ordinary, unremarkable, and available long before a situation becomes a crisis.
Because the gray area — before anyone knows what they need — has almost nothing built for it. That is precisely where we sit.
Confidentiality, honesty, and patience. Guidance that fits a real life, and never any pressure toward something you did not ask for.
Core values
No one is a case, a stage, or a problem to be solved. A person is met as whole — capable, worthy of care, and entitled to be spoken to as an adult about their own life.
Confidentiality is a practice, not a policy line. What is shared stays held. Nothing is repeated, published, sold, or used to sell anything back to you.
We listen far longer than we advise. Silence is allowed. Tears are allowed. Not knowing is allowed. Nobody is hurried toward a conclusion they haven't reached.
We look for what is already strong in someone — often the very thing they have stopped noticing — and we say it plainly until they can hear it themselves.
One person steadied tends to steady the life around them. When someone is no longer carrying everything alone, everything they hold gets a little lighter.
Careful standards, honest limits, and consistency. When something is outside what we do, we say so and help find the person who does it well.
