What you share with 10 Faces LLC stays with 10 Faces LLC. It is used only to respond to you and to offer the support you ask for. We do not sell, trade, or share personal information for marketing purposes.

Questions people often ask first
- Is my information kept confidential?
- Yes. Anything you share with 10 Faces LLC is treated as private. It is never sold, traded, or shared for marketing purposes.
- Do I need to know what I want before reaching out?
- No. Most people don't, and that is usually the reason to write. We help make sense of it together.
- Is this therapy or medical care?
- No. We are a Confidential Life Liaison, not a clinical provider. When something calls for professional or medical care, we say so plainly and help you find it.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- We respond within two business days, Monday through Friday.
