Your first conversation with 10 Faces begins with 15 full complimentary minutes. They exist so you can speak and be heard, wherever you are. This is not a sales consultation, not an assessment, and not a shortened paid session. It is a genuine private beginning, and nothing continues automatically.
Begin with time to be heard
First 15 minutes — complimentary
No payment, and no obligation to continue. If, once those minutes have passed, you decide you would like additional time:
- Short-Time Rate
- $25 per 15-minute increment
- Extended-Time Rate
- $45 per 30-minute increment
Nothing continues automatically. There is no package, membership, minimum number of conversations or recurring billing. You decide whether another conversation — or another kind of next step — is right for you.
Your complete 15 complimentary minutes
The first 15 minutes of your first conversation are fully complimentary and yours in full. We don't spend the last of them talking about payment, and we don't hold back a meaningful response until the complimentary time has run out.
A short courtesy transition
When those minutes have passed, there is a brief unbilled pause so the thought you're in the middle of can reach a natural stopping point — and so you can decide, without rushing, whether to close here or hear how continued conversation works.
Paid time never begins on its own
Nothing is ever billed backwards, and a conversation is never charged simply because it passed the 15-minute mark. Paid time begins only after you have been told the option and its rate and have said yes to it — from that moment forward, never before. Concluding there costs nothing.
Closing without a stopwatch
Purchased time remains 15 or 30 minutes. If a few moments are needed to finish the exchange and close naturally, that is our courtesy, not an added charge — and you are never charged for time created by our own response running long.

10 Faces LLC is a Confidential Life Liaison. Its non-clinical service is Private Listening, Encouragement & Life Navigation: listening, encouragement, practical life navigation, resource research, organization and assistance identifying possible next steps.
What This Service Is Not
10 Faces LLC does not provide psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, clinical care, treatment, diagnosis, assessment, case management, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, social work or other licensed professional services through this offering. Life Liaison services are not a substitute for appropriate licensed professional care.
When a person's needs go beyond this non-clinical role, we say so calmly and may encourage connection with an appropriately qualified or licensed professional, emergency resource or other suitable service — and, when requested and appropriate, help identify or connect with those resources.
